Music is dope, that pretty much sums it up.

Music is an escape for a lot of us; no matter the kind you listen to, no matter the tone of it, the instruments used.  The lyrics of ANY song could really relate to some part of your life or a part of someone’s life that you care about.  Even country…yep, I said it.

Quick story…. So I went on a date…first date.  Had a long car drive to the destination…he impressed the shit out of me with his music collection.  I could tell a warm soul was in their and that relaxed me.  Now I won’t lie, I started over thinking, well because I carry a vagina & hormones considering it was the first date -I started listening to lyrics and getting ahead of myself thinking, “oh yeah maybe he’ll embody these lyrics” & etc…

The possibility of this is what keeps me so intrigued by this person even after the first date, even after the hurt feelings, even after the time of not communicating.

Music is dope.
